We exist to support foster families, relative placements, and adoptive families in the greater Lafayette area by providing FREE clothing and essential care items.
At the Foster Closet, our mission is to walk alongside foster families, relative placements, and adoptive families with both practical resources and genuine care. We understand how overwhelming those first days can be when welcoming a new placement, especially if a child arrives with very little.
Between paperwork, doctor appointments, family visits, and simply adjusting to a new routine, the load can feel heavy. Our hope is to lift some of that weight by providing support and essentials, so you can focus on caring for the child in your home.
